The new F eKickscooters series is released by Segway-Ninebot this week with smart controls connected with mobile. This scooter, F25, F30, and F40, each connected to the Segway-Ninebot application. This application is connected via Bluetooth and allows scooter owners to update device firmware, lock functionality for scooters, and monitor status and riding data.

Never in my life, I hope that I will write articles about electric scooters that can accept firmware updates via smartphones. But that’s the world we live in – where we have the ability to measure every aspect of our lives (through data collected from scooters, in this case), and control every electronic device attentively.

Each new Segway-Ninebot Segway-Ninebot scooter works with the option to ride mode. Riders can switch between riding modes using a scooter LED dashboard. Riding mode provides drivers’ options for long-lasting batteries with less power images (with ECO mode), large power lottery and super speed (with sports mode), and a balanced standard mode.

Both F25 and F30 work with power output 300 w for “torque-on-demand” and both can roll up to 15.5 mph. The difference between the two lower models is the range. The F25 has a range of 12.4 miles, while the F30 has a range of 18.6 miles.

Segway-Ninebot includes a regenerative braking system with each of the three launch models. Holding the brake when one roll down the hill allows motorists to produce power for the scooter battery to extend up outside the max standard distance. Battery can also be used to turn on the 2.5W scooter LED light.

The most basic scooters in the series, Segway-Ninebot F25, will be available at target stores throughout the United States. F25 will be exclusive to target stores with release prices around $ 500 USD. F30 and F40 will be released at a price of around $ 650 and $ 770, and both will be sold online at the official Segway-Ninebot store.
