Timothy Donald Cook (born November 1, 1960 in Mobile, Alabama, USA) is American’s manager and CEO from Apple. He joined the company in March 1998. After the resignation of Steve Jobs (due to the old disease) on August 24, 2011, he took over as CEO.

Cook joined Apple in March 1998 as a senior vice president and later served as Vice President of Executive Sales and Business throughout the world. He was appointed as the Director of Executive on August 24, 2011 before Jobs died in October this year. During his term of office as the Head of Executive, he recommended the reform of international and national supervision, cyberspace security, company taxation, American manufacturing and environmental protection.

In 2014, Cook became the first director of the Fortune 500 company known as gay. Cook also serves the Nike Council, Inc., National Football Foundation and is a guardian of Duke University. In March 2015, he said he planned to donate all his equity to charity.
